Stephen has now managed my property for over four years, throughout that time his conduct has been exemplary, he is attentive, responsive, patient and is always on hand to deal with my queries and requirements. My property is certainly not straightforward to manage, but he consistently rises to every challenge presented, with diligence, attention to detail and a wonderful sense of humour. He has repeatedly found me excellent tenants and I feel he attends to them with the same high standard he attends to his landlord clients. His vast experience means he has excellent judgement and deals with many situations under his own initiative, avoiding unnecessary communications. Stephen has always gone above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any landlord wanting a trustworthy, reliable and personalised service from a letting agent.

I have being a tenant for three and half years. Grays Estate Agents is the best among of any agent i have deal with in Birmingham. they are very professional, excellent customer services, excellent communication and honest with tenants. Stephen is very kind and actually do care about people’s wellbeing. There was a time i had problem with boiler during winter, I was distressed about what’s happening next. I called him and it was fixed asap. I am highly recommend Grays Estate Agents. It will be your best choice ever!
